The customer service was outstanding. We had plenty of time for our appointment and the doctor did not seem rushed and answered all our questions. My daughter was able to take her time chosing her glasses and they were willing to give suggestion and feedback.
This was my first time there. I think the people are nice but I felt like I wasn't given the time to talk. Its like they overbooked their day so they pushed me through their schedule. I bought glasses through them and they were too heavy, they caused migraines. I didn't know (and I should have asked) about a return policy. There is no customer satisfaction guarantee. I have been going to this clinic for years! I have moved out of Shakopee and I keep going back. I love all the staff. This year I was prescribed my first pair of glasses. Wade made the process easy and fun. Without him I would not have the amazing frames I have now!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Shakopee Vision clinic! I've been going to a large health clinic for years to get my eyes checked and have never had the personal, attentive service that I received here!
