RecommendedI chose this location based on their excellent google rating, and because they were a premiere VSP location. I can honestly say their ratings are accurate! Every one of the half dozen staff I interacted with over the course of my visits were courteous and extremely pleasant, and Dr. Stensos is outstanding. I was a walk in, they had someone there to take care of me almost immediately for someone who was not scheduled to be seen. I had lost my glasses and after my appointment they even had a pair of cheaters for me to use. They were all very pleasant people. Great customer service and I highly recommend them, and I myself will be going back.
As a new customer being fitted for glasses I was treated with much respect. Didn’t feel pressure to buy and things were explained well. My new glasses arrived quickly and I’m still trying to adjust.
I recently ordered glasses and they went above and beyond to make sure I loved them!
5stars This was my first time at Shakopee Vision Clinic and I was very impressed with everyone I come in contact with at the clinic. Everyone is so kind and helpful. And they do it all with a smile on their face! I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family!
What a great experience I had there, from Dr. Consoer to the staff. Great place!!!
Very happy with their Dr.'s and service. Last year they even helped to fix my son's glasses that were not purchased there for no charge. They have been a very good fit for our family's eye care needs.
The staff are fantastic! So helpful & caring. They put you at ease & you don’t feel hurried.
