We had the breakfast buffet which we were pleased with and the staff we came in contact with was friendly. There were several buildings being renovated. Although I'm glad to see that they are trying to preserve the architecture there, I was extremely disappointed to see that the welcome center had been modernized inside which clashed with the overall aesthetic of the time period that is Shakertown.
LOVE this place! I've been coming here for years and it's always as magical as the first time. Staying in the historical buildings is a real experience.
Loved everything about our stay! The stalls were immaculate and safe, the trails were beautiful and the food was unbelievable! Could not have been happier with everything!
I went on what was called a spirit walk. It ended up being nothing about spirits. It was more of a history tour. I think they need to change the name to history walk. It was very misleading.
I love shaker village! Always have family oriented events and it’s so beautiful! Trick or treat was great for the kids and we can’t wait until the holidays event in December!�
