An incredible, compassionate, and intelligent physician who takes the time to thoroughly address concerns and meet you where you are in understanding your disease process, the options available, and helps guide you through some of the scariest moments of life. The only thing more evident than her intelligence is her compassion. She's a brilliant doctor and excellent advocate for her patients.
Dr. Shah was completely inept and incompetent with her approach to treating me, if you can call it that, because I walked away with more questions than answers. She told me what I didn’t have (MS) but failed to tell me what I did have and sent me on my way- complete failure!!! To add insult to injury, she referred me to another general neurologist rather than a specialist who could diagnose my symptoms, and I spent the next six months wasting time.
We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Shah's practice! My husband's condition deteriorated significantly and he became completely bedridden, yet after his PET scans we were left without any follow-up appointment or meaningful communication regarding the findings. I ultimately had to contact the imaging center myself, where I was informed that the results had already been released and discussed with Dr. Shah. However, whenever I inquired, I was repeatedly told by the office staff that the doctor would contact us aft... read more

Moved from downtown office to suburbs due to work location. This was my first visit. The office, nurses and Dr. Shah were all very friendly. She was on time, prepared well for the consultation, asked good questions and listened to my concerns. Based on her thoughtful medical advice, we came up with a treatment plan (long term MS patient). I didn't feel rushed and left very satisfied.
