Informative and caring doctor Dr. Jacobs makes you feel like you are part of his family. He sincerely cares about his patience. My mom was in the hospital, and I was in need of a good internist. The staff at the hospital raved about Dr. Jacobs. He called him and he helped us through one of the most difficult times of my life. He explained every procedure and the pros and cons of every medical decision that the specialists urged us to make.
Fabulous Doctor – Dr. Jacobs will stay a little later to fit me in the schdule to accomidate, and never do I feel rushed once I am there. He listens to all my questions & addresses each one, making sure they have all been answered. He helped me raise my iron levels to get out of an anemic state as well. BEST Doctor in SFV!! Dr. Shahram Jacobs was able to diagnose my issue after 5 other doctor failed!! He spent time, asked me several questions and put together several of what I thought were unrelated symptoms. He is nice and really approachable, his bedside manner is great and his office staff is friendly. I just wish he would validate my parking ticket.
Best Internal Medicine Doctor Thank god for Dr. Jacobs! I went to see him for my seemingly unrelated symptoms. He spent time with me and really investigated into my life. He suggested some lifestyle changes and took me off of most of the medication I was taking. I went to him a few times after that initial visit and we kept making various lifestyle changes and changing my meds until I was on the lowest dose possible to achieve the results we needed. truly the BEST Internal Medicine Doctor I have ever seen!! I usually do not write reviews online. this is my 1st time. I just felt like I had to take the time and mention what a wonderful experience i had at Dr. Jacob's office. A Compassionate Doctor A compassionate doctor who really cares about his patients is hard to find. But I found that in Dr. Jacobs, who truly took his time and listened to my problems and symptoms with care and compassion. His office is very well-run, the staff is friendly, location is great, and he himself is a rare gem among the many doctors around. I would highly recommend him!
BEST Doctor in Los Angeles!! My mom (who swears by Dr. Jacobs) referred me to him for certain medical issues I was having. Dr. Jacobs exceeded my expectations, he spent time with me and told me exactly what I need to do and what I need to avoid. he made sure everything was clear and that I understood everything 100% before I left his office. He properly diagnosed my condition and was able to treat it as well. He has great bedside manner and is very approachable.
Amazing doctor! Amazing office – I really had such a great experience at Dr Jacobs office! I can't believe I was at a doctors office and not a spa... they had hot tea and water in the waiting room. I didn't wait long and really felt good about my choosing Dr. Jacobs as my Internist.
