This guy wants to be paid in full before he even sees you even with verified insurance. I was there as a new patient and it was a well patient visit. The Affordable Care Act mandates there is no charge for this service. They wanted a credit card to be kept on file so they could charge it in the event any services were not covered by insurance. I aske dor my forms to be returned and promptly found a doctor who was in his right mind. What a miserable exxperience.

Best Internist - General Doctor - Primary care physician – My brother in law told me about Dr. Jacobs and I decided o switch doctors and start seeing him. I am glad I did. His office is well run and his staff is professional and caring. He is a very smart and caring internist. I was amazed at the connections he made and the health advice he gave me. Amazing Internist in Sherman Oaks! – I have been going to Dr. Jacobs for several years now. He is such a great guy and a caring doctor. He slows down and really takes his time to figure out what is going on. I started back pain unlike the last few doctors I went to he did not just give me pain meds and send me off, he took time to ask about what my day is like, my posture during work, during exercise etc until we figured out what could be causing the pain. It was my pleasure to have met him. – I've lived in the area for a few years now and have been looking for a great Doctor from the beginning. Wonderful Physician – Dr. Jacobs is a wonderful physician who is not only intelligent and kind, but also really cares about his patients and their mental and physical well being. I recommend him to all my friends and family. I trust his opinion and have never had any problems or difficulties at his office or with his staff.

I feel fortunate to have him as a DR! – I moved to Studio City a while ago and had been looking for a good Internist/ Primary care physician. I found Dr. Shahram Jacobs on city search and I agree with the other reviewers. He is a REALLY good doctor! He has great bedside manner and really cares about his patients- IT SHOWS!
