Shady Tree Service did an Excellent job in trimming and removing trees from my front yard. To begin with,Mr. S****, the owner, returned my call with 5 minutes after receiving my voicemail and then came to my home within 15 minutes after my initial call for an estimate. William and his crew removed two trees and a ton of brush from our backyard. William is friendly, honest and the best price you'll find in town. He arrived when he said he would and did the work he agreed to in a safe and timely manner. William is also very good at communicating and I haven't had any problem ever getting in touch with him or getting a response when one was expected or promised.
Professional, conscientious, focused on safety and customer satisfaction, and at a reasonable price. I recommend Shady Tree Service to anyone who needs tree work done in an efficient, highly skilled manner. William S**** and all his crew are very courteous, hard working, and positive individuals. Five stars are just not enough to rate my two experiences that I have had with this company.
Did an excellent job. Left the large sections in a great spot for us to cut up to use for firewood.
This is my second time using William and his crew. They were professional, kind, and fair. After getting multiple quotes they were by far the most reasonable and most personable. He was quick to respond to my calls, arrived on time, and finished the job in no time at all! They cleaned up the area afterwards even taking the time to fish some leaves out of my pool. I recently reached out to Shady Tree service for a quote to remove two trees on my property after receiving the quote I asked for his contractors license and insurance informaton and was told that was private and he would not produce them. After checking with DPOR no record of a contractor license was found for this company.

In regards to this lady's negative review what she failed to mention is that I did not refuse to give her my credentials but what I did tell her is that I only provide that information that she requested is on the condition that I'm awarded the job I'm not just going to provide someone with information like that when they are still price shopping!!!!
