We recently had Shady Tree Service remove a very large tree in the middle of our driveway and several large stumps. We could not be happier with the job that they did. We chose them because their price was fair, we had read great reviews, and William was very easy to work with in getting an estimate. They were very professional when they came to do the job, and we were very impressed with how thorough they were in removing the tree, stumps, debris, etc. The clean up was amazing. We would definitely use them again!

We had two huge trees in our back yard, one on the fence line and one right off our big deck addition that had to go, we also had two huge Oaks, one in the back and one in our side yard that needed dead taken out and thinned so wind would blow through it, the owner was so knowledgeable about the trees and noticed that our oak out back had a deasese and was eat up with carpender ants and it was dying, we all decided it had to come down as well. I can't say enough about William and his crew! Professional, courteous, can-do hard-working guys that care about the job. They will do it right the first time and at a price that can’t be beat! They removed trees, ground stumps, and well after the crew went home, I found William sweeping up the street! They go the extra mile and I would recommend them anyone and everyone looking to have trees removed! Verdict Finding trusty contractor or home service provider in Richmond is extremely difficult. I'll get contractors that don't return calls, missed appointment, showed up whenever they feel like it, and those who don't do the work according to standard or contract. I am very happy to be referred to Shady Tree Service. They showed up on time and exceed my expectation. I would have loved if they provide other home services as well. I highly recommend Shady Tree service!! Very reasonable price and they do quality work .I needed seven trees cut in my yard and not only did he cut them but removed the stumps and also trim branches hanging from neighbor trees. I got several quotes, but Mr. S**** was the lowest .Started the job on time and finished when he said he would. Cleaned up very nicely when done.Mr. S**** and his team are very professional and very polite people. If I ever need any more tree work, they will be the only ones I will call!!

This company does a truly professional job for an extremely fair price and absolutely goes the extra step, even without asking. I feel truly blessed to have found them. I will be using their services again and have already recommended them to family and friends. No need to look elsewhere when they are the best!!! 5 star in my book!

I went out to multiple companies for tree services needed to cut, remove and grind the stumps of trees very near my house and power lines. I chose Shady Tree to do the work and was NOT disappointed. They came with the epuipment needed and a very professional Team to complete the work.
