The worst experience!! This place is literally the worst! The day I moved in my air conditioner was out. They didn’t get it fixed for weeks. It looked really trashy when I moved in as well! The paint was everywhere and sloppily done. The roaches and other pests are really bad too! Up stairs neighbor’s toilet leaked into my apartment! Absolutely disgusting!! To top all of this out!! I moved into Oakdale back in August 2018! I wished I moved here when I first moved off campus back in 2016. They have new management now and they are honestly great! The maintenance man is super speedy (often coming in the same day if not the next when you put in a work order) and really wants to get to the root of the problem before doing anything.
