Nice Upscale Bar – Great Bar. A mid to late twenties scene. It can get rowdy and crowded at times but never obnoxiously so. If you go for a happy hour or early in the night, they have great food. A wide range of snacks gives you something different to try out. If you can snag a seat outside it is a great people watcher spot. Best of Walnut Street – I've always received excellent service, everyone is always very friendly and it makes me wish I could find a position in my field back in Pittsburgh. The atmosphere reflects the vibrant nature and unique blend of Pittsburgh's professional, student and blue collar night life.
Not So Shady – Great food, Great drinks, Great people, Great place to hang out...period!

Neighborhood bar and grill This place is a great neighborhood bar and grill. Nestled in Shady Side it is the American version of the Paris caf. Sports bar and good sandwiches and burgers. I suggest getting their burgers, they are tasty and will fill you up real quick. I also enjoyed their beer menu. Lots to chose from and great atmosphere.
Stuck up – This bar was only for the rich and snobby bring your cash, and money you will need it even for the no-name vodka. It is not worth any real person's time, go to a real bar.
Nice date place – The food was good and and the prices reasonable. There is some outdoor seating available, which is nice for people-watching on Walnut Street. I highly recommend the Pinapple Upside Down Cake martini!
