This was my first visit for Botox at Shades Valley Dermatology. My appointment was with Chelsi Davis PA. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in explaining what area would benefit me the most with Botox. She was very consider about my budget also. I highly recommend Chelsi Davis PA for any Botox treatments.

Very friendly staff. Wait time was minimal. The amount of time in the room was impressively quick. Easy to access from the parking lot to inside the building. Will definitely refer friends.
