The staff was very friendly & thorough. Dr. Flanagan is the best! She is tender, caring & very professional.
First ever visit to a dermatology office. Best experience ever for a medical appointment. Uploaded and completed all needed documentation (ID, Insurance card, questionnaire) online 2 days prior to my appointment. Got there fully expecting to have to give the same paperwork/cards again. Nope, they didn’t ask for a thing. Virtually no wait time and the entire staff were so friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for any dermatological needs you may have.
I had a micro-needling treatment with Lorinda and she was amazing!! She was kind and compassionate, yet professional and confident, which in turn, helped me relax and enjoy the process.
This was my daughter's first time going here. The staff and the doctor was so friendly. The doctor was so informative she made sure my daughter understood everything. We are very happy we found this place.
