I used it for 8 months, platinum wash and was happy with it but recently I noticed scratches on my car some real deep, it did not happen just once, I noticed couple of times with multiple scratches. So I just cancelled my subscription. I wanted to continue but those scratches were not worth it.
If I am paying for the most expensive wash, I do not expect to see product not totally rinsed off, which then caused dried white splotches. I was considering a membership. However, I changed my mind since I do not think the wash was up to par.
Lines frequently block traffic in both directions on Riverside Drive. The washes are also very overpriced, and the company has eliminated all affordable carwashes in the area by buying up any competition. The prices of individual washes are heavily inflated in order to make the subscriptions seem like a better deal than they are. 2 years ago, a wash at this location was only $5. The cheapest wash is now $11, and doesnt clean cars as well.
