Paid $20 just to get the hood of my car completely scratched up and doesn’t come remotely close to cleaning your vehicle thoroughly. Never again will I come here
Joined 3 month membership plan and really wanted this to be a great option. Over the winter did "OK" getting some salt and grime off of vehicle but always had spots untouched and I routinely had to wipe off dirt after the wash. I find the wash at the local gas station far higher quality and for the same price, other places in the area far exceed. The membership for 3 months for winter was ok, however, I just cancelled and will be going elsewhere for spring, summer and fall as I do like my vehicle spotless.
Just bought a silver car wash in Lakewood, Oh. Probably the worst car wash I’ve ever had and I go there pretty often. The car was so wet when I got home I had to hand dry it. While doing that I found many spots that weren’t clean, including bird droppings. So disappointed because it’s convenient and up until now, satisfied. Do better please
