Im coustumer for fes years but this morning i have horrible experiencia whit Jackie, bad coustumer service, HORRIBLE !!!
$14.00 is TOO MUCH for the basic car wash. The set-up is awkward - customers are forced to vacuum first - the exit from the wash is blocked to prevent drivers from entering vacuum area after washing. So no chance to dry or detail after the wash. There’s no nearby public parking to do so either. There was no pre-wash available, nobody hosing the car off before entry. We have a membership, so it's quick and easy to get the car washed every week.
I love this place to wash my car because it's close by my house and the workers are always nice but the prices went up tremendously which is unfortunate so I take my car to express clean they are way cheaper they have free vacuums the suction is wayyy better and also their washes are better and the way sgt raised their prices is insane
The employees are very friendly and very respectful. They are also extremely polite and kind.
