Horrible experience here. I have been trying to get a prior authorization since last week. I emailed the office 2 days ago and no response. I’ve been trying to get these prior authorizations for awhile now and they say that it takes the doctor 24 hours to complete them. This is false. The staff is rude. I forgot to bring a mask to my first appointment and the receptionist rolled her eyes at me and lectured me about why I need to wear a mask. I have been a patient of Dr. Ghandi’s for approximately 9 years. Dr. Ghandi is a knowledgeable psychiatrist who has helped me tremendously with my mental health needs. I am in a much better place emotionally than I ever have been thanks to his guidance and support. He and his team treat me with respect and dignity, and are responsive in communication. Overall, Dr. Ghandi is an excellent psychiatrist who I would wholeheartedly recommend.
Listen, Dr Gandhi to me... Has been a GODSEND!!! He's a good man in his heart and really cares about im sure all of his patients, I know he does me. He doesn't just give you a prescription and toss you out the door. He knows exactly what is going on with me and treating it like I've needed for a while now. Two years with him and I will never go anywhere else
My mother passed away a week before a scheduled appointment. Of course, I was distraught, and I missed my appointment, not to mention work and other obligations. A week later, I received a letter from Dr. Gandhi stating I had been terminated as a patient. I called to explain why I had missed my appointment and he and his staff could not have cared less.
