SFW did an amazing job for me. The job was repairing some dry rot, which entailed a lot of tear out & rebuilding, insulating & painting. They are precise with their carpentry, clean up after themselves everyday & were very pleasant to deal with. The resulting work was much nicer than the rest of the existing house. I know I will be using this company again for further jobs. Thanks, guys! You do amazing work.

I had an incredible experience with SFW Construction. I recently sold my home in Beaverton and I had SFW repair some water damage. The damage was worse than it first appeared and given the nature of water intrusion and not knowing how extensive it was, it can be a scary experience. But, Bubba, the site supervisor for my job was amazing. He kept me informed constantly, explained what was going on, what they would do next, and why, etc. It really made the experience much less intimidating. I hired SFW to patch the siding at after my meter socket caught fire and had to be replaced and moved to a new location. It looks better than new and they left me with extra materials. As opposed to cutting corners, they went above and beyond by replacing the siding where the old service main entered the house and they did it in half the time they anticipated. SFW Construction repaired a leaky skylight. They were very professional and clear with all the details of the repair. They were friendly and polite. Because they knew that they were a couple weeks out, they came and tarped my skylight which prevented more damage and I really appreciate that extra step!!!
Last spring we decided to paint our 26 year old house. In preparation, we found our house needed repairs for water damage to the soffits due to leaking gutters. After calling a number of contractors we decided to use SFW Construction because they had experience in dry rot repair. I was very happy with the work SFW Construction did for me. Their system is a little different in that they put me on their list, and then I waited till it was my day to get the work done. This actually meant I got the job done more quickly than normally happens with other construction companies. They charge by the hour, which meant I was in control of the cost.
