I bought a necklace after its have been returned to the seller for 3 times. He described it as new, and it was new, but super low quality product. I needed to pay $280 to fix it, the jeweler fixed in 3 cracks in the connection between the chains. He told me that the necklace is a premade necklace and in a low quality and it can repeat itself. And it was a gift for my mom 70th birthday! The seller refused to take responsibility and answered in a super disrespectful way. So disappointing...
