Worst experience I have ever ever ever had. New bathroom project ruined by $2000 + of shoddy fixtures that Seymour recommended that discolored immediately and finish has since totally worn off. I had the misfortune to buy products Seymour recommended from a company named Phylrich which had been sold to another company.( They didn't know that???) STOP - Buyer Beware! Spent $3,000+/- there 6 years ago when re-doing my kitchen. Faucet hose quit working awhile back, so I called Seymour's; talked to the owner Seymour, talked to Ron, talked to a woman, talked to Seymour and Ron....4 different calls over the span of two months. Not one return call, no action taken by Seymour's to help fix/repair/warranty inquiry. "we will look into it", each call I had to start over with the invoice number, date of purchase, name on the account....just trying to make my kitchen great again... read more
I'm a master plumber and have been working with seymours for many years. Ron has a deep knowledge of his products and I always appreciate his help. After installing hundreds of faucets i've learned that when items are so beautiful, and unique delays should be expected.
If I could give zero stars I would. Salesmanship was so terrible there was no possibility for a sale.
