I had hernia surgery there last night. I was sent home with no pain meds. I was treated horrible by Dr Mellic and his staff. I am laying in bed now in horrific pain and no one at your hospital will help me. worst hospital I've ever been too

Came in with fiance passing stones. one stuck in the ureter and they won't treat him for pain unless someone is there to supervise and drive him home. instead of treating him they waited til I got there before the nurse would give him the meds the doctor prescribed. Then got told I had to wait outside cause they don't like anyone questioning their protocol. After having to go there so they can treat him. Tell me it makes any sense.
RecommendedI had surgery here on August 1st and everybody was super nice to me and my family. They kept my family up to date with where I was in at surgery etc. I loved it here. I would recommend it to anyone.
RecommendedI ended up having to take my daughter here last night Because Scottsburg hospital wouldn’t see her for 6+hrs in an Emergency Room. & she was in severe pain! So we went to Seymour & they are absolutely wonderful here. I’d highly recommend coming here. Very friendly staffs & wonderful care/treatment.
RecommendedHad eye surgery preformed at Schneck Medical Center at I just want to say thank you for the wonderful care I received before, during and after the surgery.
There are some very unprofessional work going on here. Doctors are suppose to help and heal. These Emergency Room doctors are very uneducated. And don't seem to try very hard at helping those in need.
The pain center is there only for the doctor's wallet! We were "discharged" because neither my husband nor I (both disabled) couldn't make it to the bathroom, let alone to our appts. They discharge after missing or rescheduling three times. Also, be aware Dr Dec (dick) has a mean, vindictive streak. I had two refills on my non-narcotic meds, but he very ungraciously terminated those with CVS. I did a Chevy Chase rant (Christmas Vacation) with every expletive I could think of and..."where's the Tylenol". Hubby had to chuckle ... read more
