I took my car to get body shop work and got it back totally detailed. They went above and beyond expectations and I'm thrilled with the results.

About two weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment for them to fix a recalled part on my car. I brought the car in today and they did not have the part. But they told me that they didn't have the part, after they reset the computer. They said to drive back tomorrow and they will have it. Obviously, I don't trust them now. I have a worse problem now. My car runs worse now. The part had to be replaced, so why can't they actually fix it on the day that I took off work and made an appointment to fix!!

Normally I have a good experience at the quick oil change but not this time. They are never "quick" by any sense of the word, but today it seemed they were walking in molasses. I waited 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and a "5 minute bolt change" for a recall. I was the only one there for an oil change.
