We were pricing remote start for our truck. Jim from the service department returned our call right away,was able to give us a price estimate and schedule an appointment in a very timely manner. He was very professional, courteous, and eager to help in any way he could. I would definitely recommend Seymour Ford for any service,parts,etc.!

Just purchased a 2017 Lincoln Navigator and couldn't be happier! Working with AJ Fitzpatrick and Taryn Hatch was such an easy and enjoyable experience. They worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted within the budget I gave them. Overall poor experience, will be going to Brooklyn Ford or Fowlerville next time. Was told my bumper and another spot would be touched up and upon picking it up the salesman told me to go buy paint and do it myself. This was after they wouldn't come down on the price, not even as far as giving me my first oil change for free. Keep your $7, I'll change it myself to ensure it's done properly. My 2006 Ford F-150 truck has only been serviced here since I moved to Jackson, MI in 2013. Everyone(service and body shop) has been great!
