Seyberts is a clear scam. Zero communication skills, zero inventory management, zero customer service. They charged my credit card and took two days to acknowledge they had no intention to fulfill my order. CLEVER to wait until Black Friday was over so you screwed me into paying full price. Malicious incompetence at its finest. Don't use this site.
The folks at Seyberts know a thing or two about pool! They are always willing to help with any order, and shipping is super fast! Love doing business with them and will continue!
the staff was super friendly in the store and helped answer any questions i had. I left my predator z2 shaft of 10 years with a broken ferrule, super stained from chalk and oils, and a practically.non existent tip. after only 3 days its mailed back at no charge and this shaft looks and feels like i just bought it brand new. I am beyond satisfied with their quality of work and will only use them from now on.
I ordered a schon cue. I was told it was backordered and would be 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I was told another 2-3 weeks. I was not happy. They let me upgrade to cue they had in stock. The one I liked was a significant difference. They let me have it for the original price I paid. Excellent customer service. Thanks again....
Excellent company! I ordered a beautiful Predator P3 Revo, had a few snags along the way at no fault of their's. Very good customer service! The manager Rick was more than accommodating and fixed the issues without hesitation. I would strongly recommend them to everyone!! I look forward to ordering many more products from them in the future!
