They confirmed my order saying it was packed and ready to be shipped. A few days later i sent an email to check the status and they said they had cancelled my order due to suspicious billing information (which I understand) but they did it without informing me and sold the cue I ordered to someone else. It was on sale and was no longer available. I could have fixed the billing address problem easily but as far as I knew, it was on its way.
