Seyberts is a clear scam. Zero communication skills, zero inventory management, zero customer service. They charged my credit card and took two days to acknowledge they had no intention to fulfill my order. CLEVER to wait until Black Friday was over so you screwed me into paying full price. Malicious incompetence at its finest. Don't use this site.

Very good equipment and customer service. Nothing to complain about. I've ordered many Items from them and they've surpassed the rest (Personal opinion) that I've dealt with.
Great company, and sent me a few goodies for a sort of sponsorship. I advertise them when ever I play, tournaments or just playing casually.
I ordered a new 3x5 cue case came in fast! Great quality it has a lifetime warranty that hopefully I will never have to use but if I have to well see how good the customer service is I purchased local for a reason! Support local stores!
Honestly i don't see how anyone could say anything bad about Rick or his business. Without getting into too mich detail, he completely handled a stressful situation that wasn't even his fault and did it with class and immediately. 5 stars. I've read the reviews on here that are negative and it seems those people are trying to scam free items. I'm a seyberts customer for life.
Rick was excellent. Bought a whole set of Lucasi cues from him 2 years ago and he got it shipped over to NZ when he said he would. He emailed the tracking link and it was all good. My cues are still in mint condition. 5 stars or more for Seybert's!
Seybert's Billard is amazing! Extremely fast shipping, and the Cue is gorgeous! They shipped it out the same next day, even when I had some engraving done. Two Thumbs Up! Thanks guys, the boyfriend is beyond stoked with his G1102! Plays like a charm!
EDIT/UPDATE - I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The reason for this is because as you can see in the comments below, Seybert's contacted me and attempted to make things right. Unfortunately my issue with them was so long ago, there really wasn't much that could be done but I sincerely appreciate the effort that they made. Thank you Seybert's.
