The cue I chose ended up being out of stock, but they more than made up for it. I called and the man I spoke with was surprised they hadn't already followed up with me about the issue. They helped me find an alternative cue (which I actually like more), and gave me faster shipping (at no additional cost). To me, that speaks waves on their attention to their branding/customer service. Excellent company to work with. I would definitely recommend to friends!
