Honestly i don't see how anyone could say anything bad about Rick or his business. Without getting into too mich detail, he completely handled a stressful situation that wasn't even his fault and did it with class and immediately. 5 stars. I've read the reviews on here that are negative and it seems those people are trying to scam free items. I'm a seyberts customer for life.
Rick was excellent. Bought a whole set of Lucasi cues from him 2 years ago and he got it shipped over to NZ when he said he would. He emailed the tracking link and it was all good. My cues are still in mint condition. 5 stars or more for Seybert's!
EDIT/UPDATE - I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The reason for this is because as you can see in the comments below, Seybert's contacted me and attempted to make things right. Unfortunately my issue with them was so long ago, there really wasn't much that could be done but I sincerely appreciate the effort that they made. Thank you Seybert's.
