the staff was super friendly in the store and helped answer any questions i had. I left my predator z2 shaft of 10 years with a broken ferrule, super stained from chalk and oils, and a practically.non existent tip. after only 3 days its mailed back at no charge and this shaft looks and feels like i just bought it brand new. I am beyond satisfied with their quality of work and will only use them from now on.
