RecommendedHello everyone, I hope you are well, on the 18th I ordered my Janome and paid for it and Daniel told me I will send it to you today, the machine arrived earlier than expected, excellent service, the best price in the market. Mr. Daniel is a gentleman and helps people and guides them. I recommend this store to do your shopping.
This place deserves six or seven stars! Extremely knowledgeable staff who really take the time to help you figure out what you need for what you want to do and how to get the best fit for what you want to spend. Great prices. All that is great, but I feel the measure of a place is really what happens when something doesn't go as planned. I had a problem with a new machine that was not caused by them, and they went way above and beyond to get me a replacement machine as soon as possible. Definitely recommend very highly!
Great service and nice people. I took my 35 year old machine there after another shop told me it could not be fixed and they could not get a couple of parts it needed. Not only did the guys at the Sewing Machine Shop fix it, but one part was not needed after all, and the other was simply ordered for me for $8.00. Even though I have to drive a little way to get there, I will be going back.

Tonnie was amazing at listening to my long list of requirements for a mid-range sewing machine. I am a beginner sewer that just moved to the Bay area. I could not bring my tools and supplies from my home country, so I needed to buy a new sewing machine. After trying out and testing many of the sewing machines they had in the shop, I decided to start with Janome HD 3000 (considering that my budget was around 400$). I drove 75 miles to get to this shop. The drive was well worth it! Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. The best part was working with Toni! She is wonderful! I brought in my sewing projects to try them out on the machines. Toni not only pointed me to the right machines she also gave wonderful sewing tips that will help improve my bag making. I walked out with two machines a Juki 18qvp and the Babylock Katherine. Thanks Toni!!!
They have top notch personnel who are knowledgeable and always polite. Their repair personnel really know what they're doing. Great place!
