The love affair with this store started about 20 years ago when I wasn't happy with the service by a different Bernina dealer that was doing work on my then top of the line machine. After 1 trip to this store my machine was in tip top shape. The service technicians are the BEST!!The store is owned by wonderful caring people and EVERYONE in the store cares about what they do! People even come from Alaska and Oregon to buy and have machines serviced by this store.
I am a loyal customer of SMS. I had taken my Bernina 770QE in for an issue twice to a dealer close to where I live and they could not fix the issue I was having. I was getting frustrated and I talked with Ben at an expo and I described my issue to him. He told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. I came in today for service and was so pleased by the customer service and training you offered me. You have earned a new customer. I will be coming back in again. I would love to see a kids sewing class - I have 2 girls interested in attending.
Have always had exceptional service from SMS. BUT! Very early -8.45am - last Friday Feb. 21 I called asking for a "rescue" of needles for my machine. The phone answerer, looked, said "yes, we have all those in stock and I will try to get them out in the mail today" but we are very busy. My go to for all things sewing. Amazing staff and teachers and there is no other place to buy your machines and have them maintained. I just wish that I needed one of the super cool used industrial machines. Go see Mary and Kevin!
