The staff are very knowledgeable about their machines as well as many sewing and quilting techniques. They are patient with newbies, friendly and approachable. The classes have been informative and fun. A favorite place for me.
I was completely amazed by the personalized attention that I received upon arriving at the store. Not a high pressure sell - warmly greeted by a dedicated staff member who wanted to make sure that I was informed and satisfied. I have been frustrated by my local Bernina shops in SC - and now I am thrilled that I have my own "Bernina" shop in Washington! We have been customers since the early 1980’s. Clayton was always the best but has retired. Great service!
I have trusted them to care for my machines for years. I am always 100% comfortable recommending them to all my students and their families. If the kids's machine need service or supplies, or the kids are ready for their own machines, I can trust Cevin and crew to match them with the machines for which they are ready. If a parent calls and tells me the "they said ", I have no qualms about saying that if that is what is needed, "you should do it". Very honest and attentive care given to us as we talked through the different sewing machines on offer, and whether it was time to invest in a new one or not. We greatly appreciate SMS and the good work they do!
I've had consistently excellent service from the sales staff and technicians since I first visited their location several years ago. My only complaint is that they aren't closer to my house, but the level of service that I receive and their expertise make it absolutely worth the drive.
