Wonderful customer service and willingness to repair older machines at a reasonable price. We took my cousin’s elderly Singer machine in and they took great care of both us and her machine. Many shops push you to buy a new machine, but my cousin needs to stick with this machine that has served her so well. I will be back for sewing supplies as they have a great selection of quality threads & notions. And when you need a new machine they can serve you well.
Everyone is so helpful and nice. Naomi was patient and knowledgeable. Great place to shop and learn.

SMS went the extra mile in working with me to get my new Bernina Q24 longarm. As soon as I sold my old machine they delivered my new Bernina, set it up and had me running in no time at all. They've been very supportive while answering my questions and making sure I've known about extra goodies at the store. I'm looking forward to a long working relationship with them.

The computer I use for my embroidery machine crashed and I was having just a horrible time trying to figure out how to replace the software on my new computer (dongle couldn't be read in the new computer OS, needed to know which version I owned previously in order to know whether to upgrade or update - a huge difference in price). Ben was so helpful and patient in explaining the differences and trying to help me get it figured out. A quick trip "down south" to make a store visit and I'm back up and running!!!
