I live up on SJI but the mechanics are always so helpful and have talked me through a number of problems any time I call! When it came time to buy some new industrial machines I decided to give them my business and am so happy! Kyle took many HOURS with me answering all of my detailed questions and showing me all the various machines. I got a decent price with incredible customer service and all the odds and ends to take my machines (that's right I bought TWO!) home and get sewing right away! I will definitely be back again!
The people at SMS are knowledgeable and very helpful. They are generous with their time and offer free classes for those who have purchased new machines. I always know I will have excellent service there

I bought a used Bernina 1008 from them. It was a machine I had been interested in and was thrilled to find a used one. I appreciated the time and space the team gave me to test the machine and decide if it was the right fit. They offered tips on using the machine and they answered my questions. Ben also took the time to find me a table extender that fit my machine.
I've been going here for years with my Bernina 200 Artista Embroidery machine. Had them upgrade it to a 730 when that upgrade was available. I also bought a Bernina 830. SMS keeps them both running great.Took my old White Serger to be fixed, it was stuck. The guys in the back got it running, sharpened one blade and replace the other. Runs like a champ now. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sewing Machine Service is a top notch shop for all your sewing needs. I bought a Bernina from SMS years ago at the Sewing Expo. It was a great expierience, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I live South of Renton in the Milton/Edgewood area, I just wish there was a store closer to me! However...it's worth the drive!
I've been servicing my sewing machines here for years. Excellent service, even on an old Pfaff (the dealer I bought it from couldn't seem to fix it). I've purchased a new and a used Bernini since from here. Sales staff is wonderful and service is incredible! I've enjoyed my classes too.
