The buying experience was great! I not once received a no and they made every effort possible to meet all of my requests. In the end I left satisfied with a quality vehicle. Definitely buying my next vehicle from here.
The title of Mr. Sewell book is How to Turn that One Time Buyer Into a Lifetime Customer. The sequel should read Turning a Lifetime Customer into a One Time Buyer. Service is the issue here. There is a gap between what is being sold up front versus what is being delivered in the back. By rule, I never buy extended warranties.
