The Sewell Family has been selling cars and trucks in Texas since 1911. Originally selling Ford Model T's out of a hardware store in Arlington, TX, E.F. Sewell moved his family and business to Crane, TX during the great depression. In 1930, E.F.'s son, Carl Sewell founded the Crane Motor Company with the help of his brother Woody. We have been in a rental for 3 out of the 4 months that we have owned our new expedition. But seems like it is just going to sit parked And not be fixed bc no one seems to know what is going on or call us back on the next steps to repair it!

We casually started looking at getting a new vehicle at the start of this year. While we saw some vehicles online or just passing by other lots, we had purchased from Sewell in the past and had a good experience so made it a point to stop by completely blind one afternoon and see what they had in person. Very nice atmosphere. They greet you upon arrival and quickly help you to the service desk. Shuttle services was excellent, too. Also, they call you back right away, without you going through a switchboard. My service advisor was Timothy Rivas. Very helpful. Vehicle ready by time promised, everything fixed, and covered under warranty. Came in un-scheduled for a new battery, got 6 month service, too, since it was due Jan 19, so that was a great part, too.
