The Sewell Family has been selling cars and trucks in Texas since 1911. Originally selling Ford Model T's out of a hardware store in Arlington, TX, E.F. Sewell moved his family and business to Crane, TX during the great depression. In 1930, E.F.'s son, Carl Sewell founded the Crane Motor Company with the help of his brother Woody. You what is so great take car dealer for recall go pick it up next day with a dead battery. The radio does not work ask them about it they say they will take care of it . Mon call and be told that the alternator is bad but all was fine when you dropped off . So now I pay them 484.16 for alternator or go to auto parts store and pay for new one . Just amazing take a car to dealer that works get it back broke.got to love ford

Dealer reneged on an offered, and accepted deal, in order to make an additional $1000. I had a lot of time and effort invested in this purchase and was very disappointed to learn how this dealership operates. The salesperson was top notch and went above and beyond to make this deal work. The failure lies solely with the management who apparently accepted more than one offer on the same vehicle. When the opportunity to correct the situation was there, they opted for the money instead of doing the right thing.

Went there to buy a part, which was good, great customer service over there. Saw a truck I liked and wanted to see what they could do. I told the sales person everything I wanted and was willing to take for my truck. After sitting for 2 hours before we even talked about the truck I wanted to buy, he finally took everything to the finance people. He came back with a 10k offer for my 2014 ram 1500, hemi, with 70k miles on it, and told me my payments would be 1400 a month with a 6000 dollar down payment. I get that my credit is... read more
