Very disappointing. You buy a $35k car, in finacining they make you sign 'buying vehicle as is' and when they drive up to give you the car after all has been signed... turns it only has one key. Asking them to pay/order a 2nd key, they decline and say sorry, you bought 'as is'. Everything was great up until then... then they cheap out on $500 when I just spent $35k... maybe the GM needs to read ISMs in Action by Dan Gilbert again.

We purchased a CPO 2017 X5, they had cleaned it and put a very fragrant scent inside the car (think gas station scent). Also, there were large scratches on both bumpers, which they fixed for us, but this required us to take two trips from Central CA. They were generous and paid for our gas. Overall a good experience. We have purchased several BMW’s. This was a 4 star experience. The scent is still there. We are working on it as, we love the car.

We recently purchase an X3 m40i from Leo at BMW Roseville. Leo had been working with us since March on trying to find the exact car we wanted and was patient every step of the way. I went for a recall correction , it was cold welcoming and process , the service person didn’t even talk to me when i was picking up the car , i asked for the battery cable to be tightened they said they battery is to small, okkk... anyway unless your paying $300 for an oil change and car wash dont expect much customer service ...
