My wife's family has dealt with Sewell for years. Decided to look at a new truck and had driven several vehicles. Salesman was great and patient. Truck finally came in that matched my criteria, salesman called to let me know and went down to check it out. Drove the vehicle, and decided to see if we could agree on numbers. These guys went the extra mile in helping my family trade-in 2 vehicles for 1. Jonathan Carr was great in showing us the newest Ford features and answering my 100 questions. Afterwards, Finance titans Mike Stanton and Richard Fuentes took time to visit with us and made us feel like one of the team. We all wanted the right vehicle at the right price and we got a win-win at Sewell in Odessa.
Kudos to the service department at Sewell!! I dropped off my company car to be serviced. Adrian and staffed exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. He constantly communicated the status of the repair and timeline. I recently had a personal vehicle serviced in midland and was disappointed. Very impressed with the hard work of several staff members to work together to make sure they exceeded my expectations. Jeff was great and the deal was worked out before I spent hours haggling. Management worked a super deal. Finance worked to get the beat rates.
I love Sewell ford! I have never been treated with such respect and dignity while car shopping. My husband and I have gotten 3 cars from Robert Flores in Odessa. He's amazing he will not push you into something you don't won't. I had the pleasure of buying my 2016 Fusion in May of this year, he helped me they every step. I walked in told him the one I wanted and I drove away with it a couple hours later. Best experience I could have ever asked for.
