I took my Kirby Vac in on Saturday and was told they would look at it Monday. I was told if they had the part it would be ready Monday, if they didn't then they would have it ready by Wednesday (today). When I called today I was told thenpart wasn't in and it wouldn't be ready till Monday. The guy was EXTREMELY rude and told me if I didn't like it I could come and pick up my vacuum.
Business response:
Parts had to be ordered and he did not want to pay overnight fee to get machine fixed in the time frame he wanted it done. It usually takes 5 days to receive parts and that was to long to wait
I was upset I had to drive so far to get my machine fixed, but the drive was worth it because now my machine works better than it ever has and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Only wish I lived a bit closer!
Enjoyed the Floriani event last week! Thank you guys for all the hard work in putting this on and thanks to Darlene for 2 knowledge filled days!
