I have taken my machine in 3 times this year for a problem that still continues. After taking it in the last time (October 13, 2017) the machine was sent to Brother in Memphis for repair for the same thing that was happening in April and then again in May. When the machine came back I was told I'd have to pay $300 or not pick up my machine. My machine is just 16 months old, and I was advised that the warranty had expired.
