BAD BUSINESS!!! I totally agree - the people at the store in East Knoxville are rude and don't really care if you get your machine taken care of or not EVEN if you have purchased the machine from SEW N VAC. I have just gone thru a nightmare with my machine with the West Knoxville location as well. Find another place to do business with! If I could rate this place "0" stars that is what I would give them! This place is not worth the effort to even walk in the door! I will never ever do business with them ever again. They are only out for money...no service after the sale unless it is warranty and that is it period! RecommendedBest quality is what they sell. Love my Husqvarna Viking machines and Floriani threads and supplies.
They could make sure you receive any items or software that you paid for up front and not commit fraud.

I have purchased both Husqvarna Viking and Brother machine from Sew N Vac. Repairs on both brands have been completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Martha is a jewel. She has a wealth of knowledge which she willingly shares with the patience of an outstanding teacher.
