I love our apartment been there for 2 years now! Ask for Michelle she is the best! Very helpful !
I have been living here almost a year now....and ive had no issues ....best of all no flooding during harvey ! Staff is friendly and accommodating ....my requests are handled and I have no complaints

Simple - counting the days for my lease to end. This is how I would describe my experience- no customer service, calls not returned, work orders taking weeks to complete, is a courtesy call before maintenance enters my home too much to ask for, just not what I expected when I decided to move to these apartments. Im so ready to take my money to another apartment complex - a place where management makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Hoping the next 9 months can just go as fast as possible.
I've lived here 9 years and I've seen a lot of changes, owners/employees/tenants. I must say the current office staff is the best. Always friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew are prompt and professional. To address issues on other reviews, I've found noise and children playing unsupervised to be random at best. Crime is everywhere in this city....stay vigilant. That being said, I love my apartment, especially the attached garage. The staff are pretty cool, rent is reasonable. My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars...Security is a joke. I had about $1,000 worth of tools stolen out of the toolbox in my pickup truck. Was it someone who lives here? Hard to say considering the gate is always open. This isn't really a bad place to live but do yourself a favor if you move here, be your own best security.
