RecommendedGreat place to live if your in the Oil & Gas industry. It's been home for several years. So many years I don't know how many.
Very quiet safe place. Friendly staff, maintenance usually respond quick as possible.
I lived in the property for two years, and the office staff changes frequently so that indicates they have a high turnover rate. The only good thing about this apartment is the location, but the office staff is terrible, corporate is also terrible. After finally moving out two years later, the new office staff is charging me for regular wear and tear on walls, carpet, so there goes my deposit. If looking to move here, I'd find somewhere else, many of my neighbors that moved out before I did went to the Marquis, and I've hear... read more
