Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Dr Sevilla was by far one of the best I've ever seen in neurology. It was obvious that she has been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. She was absolutely amazing. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experiences I had under Dr. Sevilla's care.

Like some other physicians, she is very smug if not downright arrogant. Believes her training at the Cleveland Clinic puts her beyond reproach in her chosen field. Had the very first appointment of the day and she didn't arrive in the office until at least 45 minutes after I was scheduled. Once I was ushered into an exam room there was another 45 minute wait before she entered for a quick review and treatment with... you guessed it, Botox for migraines.

I have been going there for 6 years. Just recently they have experienced staff problems, scheduling problems. The current staff are the worst people i have ever encountered and should not have a job. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
