Nick was great to work with, and was always available to provide guidance and answers to the many of my questions. Nick was very knowledgeable and patient throughout my buying process. Everything moved so quick and stress free! I do not plan on buying/selling in the near future, but will definitely work with Nick again when the times comes for another property. Jon was awesome to work with and made everything easy and convenient. Whenever I inquired about a properties he would quickly email or text me information on the property right away. He was always up for showing a house and always made his schedule fit in which I really appreciate since our schedule was always busy too. Overall it was a very easy going process and I highly recommend anyone to work with Jon.

Joy and her team did a great job in helping us sell two homes. They appropriately priced the properties, aided us in staging, provided great photography, marketing and guidance throughout the process. Joy assisted us in locating a reputable realtor in another state when we needed it as well. We can't say enough good about Joy and the team.

Worked with Jon to sell our 2nd owned home. We interviewed other realtors and really liked Jon's open and honest answers as well as knowledge of the current market and area. We had a specific timeline and Jon worked to plan and execute to that timing with us. The work put in for promoting the house was great. We have already recommended Hanson Severson to other friends and co-workers.

Lyle was amazing! He was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We always felt that he put our needs first, a great listener and gave great advice when we needed it. Selling our first home while buying our second home was an emotional process; adding in our two young & spirited children made the process that much more challenging.
