I started with to search with different realtor my friend recommended me. He didn't have time or help me find the house I like. My Boss recommended me to Jon Severson. I am so glad I choose him. He has doing this for only a year but I felt like he has doing this for long time. This was my first home. He was really flexible and always helped me with my decision. It makes things easier. He helped me every step through the process. I highly recommend him. He is the full package. He knows everything about the hosing market.

Jon Severson made the selling process virtually seamless, it was very difficult dealing with the FHA appraisals and inspections that resulted in work to be completed before the sale. Jon went above and beyond, without his help dealing with the contractors, engineers, city, etc. I wouldn't have been able to sell the home. I would recommend the Hanson-Severson Realty Group to anyone looking for an agent and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks again for all of your help Jon.

We really enjoyed having Jon with us every step of the way during the purchase of our first home. He was so helpful in finding possible homes for us, as well as giving us his honest opinions during the walk-throughs. We could tell that he cared more about us and our first home, and less about getting the sale. I would (and I have) recommend Jon Severson as a relator to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. He handled the details of buying my home with a level of thoroughness I have not come across from any other relator I have worked with. He was prompt with answering any questions I had and with getting all the documentation ready for a quick close! Luke was amazing for us as we relocated to the Minneapilis area. He listened and understood what we wanted in our new home and didn't show us anything that didn't fit, allowing us to spend our limited time searching on real contenders.
