Jesse was helpful in assessing the market for a property that clearly needed a complete renovation. Based on that assessment, we established a listing price that would generate interest in the property. We had multiple offers at less than list price, but ultimately we accepted an offer that provided an amount that seemed appropriate. Jesse knew the "players" in this part of the market and was helpful in our review of the offers.
