RecommendedI love living here, not only is the apartment spacious and up to date but the staff is welcoming and responsive. Located close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and the metro. Also, very pet-friendly.
I have been living at the Capitol Yards for just under a year now and it was one of the best moves I've made in DC. The leasing office and property management team are so kind and extremely responsive with maintenance requests or questions I've had about the property. The concierge is amazing! Angela always makes my mornings with her friendly, sweet demeanor.
Our daughter lives in the building and it's a great place for the up and coming political leaders of our country! Clean, create atmosphere and the front desk reception is very friendly and helpful.
