Changing my review after a person of color has to leave the establishment on hope street for being to loud with a friend, while a group of white women who made the complaint were allowed to yell/laugh "black lives matter, right?". Very disappointed the employees and management that allowed that to take place

Hi Melissa, There was an altercation between two groups of customers, but at no time was anyone escorted out or even asked to leave. Our staff did their best to handle the situation, though they had no idea what the nature of the argument was. Seven Stars works hard to be a community spot that fosters an inclusive environment for guests, staff and neighbors. Sorry that you feel the need to give us a bad review.
Amazing variety of bread !!! In fact, I bought two loaves of bread to bring to Houston !!!! It is THAT GOOD!!!! Jealous of the Providence people that get to eat the delicious bread for this bakery anytime they wish !
Coffee tastes heavenly... And cakes were yummy... Fantastic place for hang out...

I can't say enough good things about Seven Stars. I've been visiting them since they did all their baking on the premises on Hope Street. They now have a production bakery in the Hope Artist's Village and distribute bread to local stores and cafes. Their bread is fantastic. Their ready-made sandwiches taste as if they were freshly made. And their pastries are nothing short of awesome. One of my favorites is their cinnamon roll, made with croissant dough. These are easily found on the West Coast as "morning buns" but are hard... read more
