Tepid response to a customer experiencing racism at this location -- during the incident, and while following up.
Best bread in RI, maybe the world. Staff and atmosphere always friendly, kind and efficient. Great pastries, too. This place is a real excellent PVD-based business. Its success is a real testament to hard work and the American Dream.
Being silent and inactive when a customer is being racially targeted deserves this place ZERO stars.
