After a great breakfast of lemon cake and a cinnamon roll I took some croissants home for sandwiches. Later that day warmed said croissants for tuna sandwiches with a fresh, ripe, heirloom tomato. The sandwich, mainly due to the croissant, was almost a religious experience.
