This review is for their management. Nikki is amazing and has been my stylist for over 15 years. I came down with the flu the night before my appointment so I emailed them right away. I was told they do not care I have been a loyal client and will not allow me to rebook until I pay their late fee, but they will give me a discount on the late fee since this is the FIRST time I cancelled. I got the best haircut for my curly hair by Ana Lucero! I wasn’t liking that my curls were flat by my face so she went in to add layers and it came out SO good! I was really nervous that getting a curly cut would turn out like a jelly fish but she truly blended my hair 360* seamlessly & now I have bouncy curls 🥰 (also idk her name but the gal who washed my hair was amazing!)
Maya is such a sweetheart, she took care of my thick, curly hair with patience and made sure I loved my blowout!

I had a haircut with Krista and she was amazing!! She asked all the right questions and listened to what I wanted and my concerns. My hair is fine and we took it from long with grown out bangs to about collar bone length with a new-to-me style of bangs that I loved. I already have my bang trim and next cut appointments booked.
