Got a haircut a day ago, get home and realized it wasn't really what I asked for and I had a picture to show her so there would be no misunderstanding. I called to get a redo, they give me to some "guy" and he blamed it on me, said just to let it grow out. For this kind of money this place should be bending over backwards to make sure their clients are happy but that isn't what I see. I'll NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
