Pros: Clean facility, good music. Cons: awful communication and coordination. Was quoted 20 minutes on my charge. Waited an hour and asked for an update on when to expect them. The nurse gave a bunch of information without answering my question, and when i redirected them to my question, wanting to know roughly how much longer my charge had, they literally rolled their eyes at me. I received no treatment here but the general disrespect coming from a nurse for a very basic question is rather astounding.
The absolute best staff, Nurse Practitioner, and Doctors. Friendly and personable. Advocate for you with insurance. I must say, their office is beautiful too. I appreciate the decor and the essential oil diffusers in the rooms. You feel as though you're visiting an IKEA instead of a bland doctor office.
I love these people are awesome Dr Averna and lashieka if you want someone that doesn't treat you like a criminal call these guys

Over schedule their physicians. Waited over 30 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time. 10:45 waited until 11:30.
