If I have to go to a hospital I'm fortunate that I have Seton Medical Center. The check in process is simple, easy, and quick. The staff is caring and thoughtful. They treated me as a patient and not a number. They took care of Jeanette while I had my procedure. Thank you Seton Medical Center.
The nurses especially Dani was great. They really looked after my wife. Dr. Arun Gopal is an ass. He was rude and dismissive towards my wife and walked out of the room without saying goodbye or good luck or even I'm sorry. All she wanted was reassurance and he simply refused to help.
My husband was the patient, he had an ICD implanted. Everyone we encountered in the surgety center was friendly and helpful, even at 5:15 in the morning. Dr Heinzman did a great job and all the other staff were great, especially Anne the nurse that took care of him in pod e. Thank you seton main
